Still Standing in Haiti
I don't know who took this picture, which was sent to me by a Lebanese friend Joseph Khadige, but it states a truth in a far more effective way than a thousand words. Let us pray that all the surviving in Haiti who lived away from the light turn from their wicked ways and back towards God.
The above picture beautifully reminds me of the words of Jesus in Mark13:31 "Heaven and earth will pass away,but my words will not pass away" It reminds us that Jesus will stand as a Mighty Tower of refugee even in our trouble times and we should not lose our faith in HIM
Truly Jesus is the rock on which the foundation of the entire world stands and nothing not even the strongest earthquake in the world cannot surpass or destroy the power of the Lords love
For the Christian disciple, every day is like a trek up a steep, difficult mountain. While not all the experiences are pleasant—as a matter of fact, many are extremely unpleasant—they all contribute in bringing us to the perfection that God calls us to. I share my personal experiences here, including my struggles, my failures, and my mistakes, and the lessons I learned in the process, in the hope that they may benefit you in your own journey on the mountain of the Lord.
